Address: Hotel Los Delfines

Our corporation participated in the Seminar on Good Practices for the Prevention of Occupational Hazards, held at the facilities of the Los Delfines Hotel in February.

The seminar, organized by the Ibero-American Foundation for Occupational Safety and Health (FISO), had the representatives of the companies that occupied the top 10 places in the biannual contest of last year as lecturers. Each company presented a project related to occupational health and safety, the same one that they presented in the past contest.

Our Corporation was in the top 10 and was represented by Juan Gastiaburú, Chief of Health, Occupational Safety and Environment (SSOMA), who announced the project that made this achievement possible: Rehabilitation and Labor Reintegration of Employees with Muscle-Skeletal Injuries on Upper Extremities.

“One of the most important results of this project is that we will have the first Peruvian Anthropometric Table; that is, a table adjusted to the Peruvian reality, with measures corresponding to the profile of Peruvian workers. Yobel SCM will offer this great contribution (…)”, explained Gastiaburú during his speech.

As a token of recognition for our outstanding participation, FISO gave us an award plate.

Data:
EThe biannual award, established by FISO, aims to promote the development of innovative solutions for occupational risks and to develop new knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and health.

Our participation, together with more than 120 projects, was made possible thanks to the fact that Pacífico Seguros de Vida is part of this institution and promotes the participation of client companies of the Complementary Risk Work Insurance in this important award.
