Our corporation participated in the Seminar on Good Practices in Occupational Risk Prevention, held at the Los Delfines hotel facilities in February.
The Seminar organized by the Ibero-American Foundation for Occupational Safety and Health (FISO), had as speakers the representatives of the companies that occupied the first 10 places in the biannual contest that it led last year. Each company presented its project related to occupational health and safety, the same one that they presented in the last contest.
Our Corporation was within 10 o’clock and attended under the representation of Juan Gastiaburú, Head of Health, Occupational Safety and Environment (SSOMA), who announced the project that made this achievement possible: Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Employees with Muscle Injuries Skeletal in Upper Extremities.
“One of the most important results of this project is that we will have the first Peruvian Anthropometric Table; that is, a table adjusted to the Peruvian reality, with measures corresponding to the profile of Peruvian workers. Yobel SCM will offer this great contribution (…) ”Gastiaburú remarked, during his speech.
In recognition of our outstanding participation, FISO presented us with a distinctive plaque.
Data: The biannual award, established by FISO, aims to promote the development of innovative solutions to occupational hazards and to develop new knowledge in the areas of occupational health and safety.
Our participation, along with more than 120 projects, was possible thanks to the fact that Pacífico Seguros de Vida is part of this institution and promotes the participation of companies that are clients of the Complementary Risk Work Insurance in this important award.
