The returns to the distribution center
of cancelled orders and merchandise due to change of presentation,
expiration dates or other reasons constitute a complete logistics
operation.
If by any reason your orders could not be delivered, they
will be arranged in the distribution center to be send the
following day or at the date that you indicate, avoiding lost
sales. Such returns will also undergo a strict quality control
based on the specifications that you give us, be it to be
